Scope of application
It is suitable for fixed and mobile laying cables for power, household appliances, instruments, telecommunications equipment and lighting lines with DC or AC 50HZ and rated voltages of 450/750V and below.
Use characteristics and main electrical performance indicators
1. The rated cable voltage U0/U is divided into 450/750V, 300/300, 300/500V;
2. The long-term working temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 70℃;
3. The cable laying environment is not lower than 0℃;
4. Water test voltage: rated voltage 450/750V: 2500V/5min insulation does not break down; rated voltage 300/300V: 2000V/5min insulation does not break down; rated voltage 300/500V: 2000V/5min insulation does not break down wear.
5. The minimum bending radius of the cable: the bending radius of the cable outer diameter less than 25mm and below should not be less than 4D (D cable diameter); the bending radius of the cable outer diameter 25mm and above should not be less than 6D (D cable diameter);
6. The cable meets the relevant technical indicators and relevant technical indicators of GB/T5023-2008 "PVC insulated cables with rated voltages of 450/750V and below" and JB/T8734-2016 "PVC insulated cables and cords with rated voltages of 450/750V and below" Claim.
